Fall Fashion!!!

Fall is on it's way and I could not be happier! Fall is my favourite time of year for everything fashion. Here are a few thing's that I've been ordering and preparing for my fall wardrobe! :)

Blazers:
If you do not have blazers in your wardrobe you really aren't living. They are my NUMBER ONE clothing item. I have them in all sorts of shapes, colours, and designs. I recently did some on-line shopping at Forever21.com and found this amazing pink blazer (you do not know how long I've wanted a pink blazer) that will look great and keep your arms covered for those cool fall days.

Here is the one I picked up (poor picture from phone!)

Below are pictures of Kim Kardashian and Miranda Kerr sporting pink blazers :)
Another popular fall item are blouses. I love blouses. A blouse potrays femeninity, and makes you look very polished and sophisticated. The one I picked up for this fall is burgundy (perfect colour for fall) with bow detailing that makes it more girly. It drapes long so I can wear it with
leggings and boots, or just with heels. It can also be tucked into a skirt, or just paired with jeans for a more casual look. This type of shirt is so versatile and can be worn for any occasion.

I got this blouse at asos.com (LOVE) for $54.21
Nobody rocks this look better than Kourtney Kardashian!

Let's not leave out the greatest part of fall fashion. BOOTS!!! What girl doesn't love to wear an amazing pair of boots? This year I am going to look for an over the knee classic riding boot and of course I still have my classic black leather heeled boots. And trust when I say they are not all skanky... you just have to know how to wear them and what to look for. I always go for over the knee boots... they elongate my legs and I love how stylish they are.

Black Sabrina boot $46.90 at Alloy.com
Aldo Buro Boot $180.00 at Aldo Shoes or aldoshoes.com

That is all folks! :)

Nail Polish Storage

I have quite a small room, and I am always looking for new ways to use my space the best way possible. I love organizing, and I like things to be neat and tidy. I found this wall shelf at home sense and thought it would be great for all my products that once took up space on my vanity. Using wall shelves and wall organizers is a great way to save space. My only issue I have is that I cannot see all my nail polishes, and I knock them over trying to get to the ones at the back. So I went on ebay looking for a nail polish rack and I came across an acrylic nail polish wall rack that was only 30 dollars. To find this go to ebay.ca and search "nail polish wall." You will find many variations of what I found. The one I chose holds 90 bottles and I am very excited to receive it! Hope this was helpful! xoxo Amy
The ebay nail polish wall rack...can't wait to get it!

Nail Polish Obsessions

Sephora by OPI Only Gold For Me Topcoat:

This is my FAVOURITE of the month. As far as glitter polish goes, it doesn't get better than this. If you are not into the little fine, childish glitter polishes do not shy away from this one. It is amazing! The mixture of fine and chunky round glitter makes it look so chic and fabulous. I am obsessing over this right now, and want to put it over every colour of nail polish I choose. My favourite combination is over top a light pink or nude colour. It also doubles as a Top Coat so less steps are needed! You can find this gem at Sephora or sephora.com!
Butter London Tea with the Queen:

Butter London is a very cool brand. They do not sell anywhere I have seen, I ordered from their Canadian site butterlondon.ca. I discovered these nail polishes on youtube, they have a very good following. They are the most expensive nail polishes I've ever purchased but I did save money buying a set of them. This is a brand to look out for! I know that Ulta in the US now carries them. This colour is the PERFECT nude. I love everything in nude, my purses, my shoes, my clothes and yes my nail polish. The nude nail look is often called "Mannequin Hands," which means that since your nails are the colour of your skin, it will elongate your hands. Similar to the idea that nude shoes elongate your legs. This is a must have!
Essie Borrowed and Blue:

Essie is probably my favourite nail polish brand. The quality is amazing. I tend to go for pastel colours like this adorable light blue. I got this from Trade Secrets but Essie is now available at Walmart and Shopper's Drug Mart.

Revlon Minted:

I am always on the hunt for a new mint green nail polish. Right not I'm loving Minted by Revlon.
My only complaint about the Revlon nail polishes is that they require 3 coats, they are streaky. This colour is very beautiful and I love it on my toes in the summer! It looks amazing on tanned skin. I got mine at Walmart.
China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy:

This Colour is insane! Its a neon pink and I am in love with it. I haven't taken it off my nails all week because I can't get enough. This was a collection last summer called Poolside. This colour was still available at my Sally Beauty Supply Store, but the whole collection can also be found on ebay and other online stores.

Orly Frisky:

I do not usually go for blue nail polishes but this colour is so bright and fun! I've been loving it for the summer. It is part of a new collection called Happy Go Lucky, so get it fast! I got mine at Sally Beauty Supply Store.
